We will demystify the media, reveal how journalists think and work, expose their tricks and traps and help your spokespeople not only avoid them, but counter them. They will learn how to create opportunities to deliver positive messages, even in the face of hostile questions.

Our journalist trainers are award-winning reporters and broadcasters all with at least 15 years’ top-flight experience on national newspapers, radio and TV news. Typically, they’ll be working with you one day and reporting or presenting the news the next. We don’t work with career trainers or former journalists who presented the news in the 1980s, as we don’t think that represents value for money.
Our PR trainers are strategic thinkers who have held senior roles for local authorities, the emergency services, FTSE 100 companies, leading independent PR agencies and major global consultancies.
